Turned the phone on by putting in an Apple charger that usually comes with the iPhone 11. No problem but seemed to heat up unusually hot. After further research, it is a known issue, an issue I found out about after sending the phone back but this problem only happened to a small amount of people. Also had the «yellow screen» problem a small amount of iPhones faced when the iPhone 11 lineup first released. Not only that, after sending in the phone and waiting for a refund, they insist the refund went thru but after calling my bank, my bank did not get any notice or heads up that a refund was being processed. Didn’t get my money so give me the phone back, a phone that I can use without having to worry about screen or heat problems, an actually «excellent» condition phone as your parent website offers for even cheaper too.
